Another end week and another small (but important!) update 0.1.3 push out, that contains further balances, new visuals and more!

Update 0.1.3 changelog:

- Balance tweak between ship speed and submarines torpedoes

- Balance between torpedoes spawns and speed

- Backend changes for correct input handlings
